30-Day Return Policy

At Tidy Slayer, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

To request a return, contact us at support@tidyslayer.com before sending anything back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send products to an address without first receiving return authorization and return instructions from us. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, when applicable, photos showing the issue so we can review it and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including personalized or custom-made products, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery. If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before returning it.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, contact us first. When a return is approved, the simplest option may be to return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for us to process the refund. Your bank or card provider may require additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
